Sizing/Custom
Bracelets
- Our standard stretch bracelet size is 17 cm (6.7 in), which fits most adult female wrists comfortably.
- Our slider clasp bracelets are adjustable, approx. 16–20 cm (6.3–7.9 in), making them easy to fit a range of wrist sizes.
- If you're unsure of your size, simply wrap a piece of string around your wrist, mark where it meets, and measure it against a ruler. For stretch styles, add 1 cm to your wrist measurement for a comfortable fit.
Necklaces
- Our Signature Choker Necklace is available in 14 in (35 cm) or 18 in (45 cm) lengths.
- An optional 5 cm (2 in) 14k gold-filled extender chain can be added for versatility.
- These lengths are designed to suit most preferences, whether you like a closer choker fit or a slightly longer everyday style.

Packaging
Every piece comes beautifully wrapped in its own luxury pouch with a care card. To minimise waste, multiple items may be presented in a single pouch. If you’re gifting and would like additional pouches, simply let us know when placing your order.

Shipping & Returns
We ship Australia-wide and internationally with Australia Post. For Australian orders under AU$150, a flat rate of AU$10 applies, while orders over AU$150 receive complimentary standard shipping. All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, with tracking information provided once shipped.
For International orders, we offer a flat rate of AU$20 including tracking, with delivery expected within 10–15 business days depending on location. Orders over AU$200 receive complimentary international shipping.
Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are unworn, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that pierced earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
