Australian Orders

• Standard Shipping: AU$10 flat rate on orders under AU$100
• Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping on orders AU$100 and above

All orders are prepared with care and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Parcels are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post and tracking details will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please email us with your full name and order number so we can follow up immediately.

International Orders

We ship worldwide with Australia Post International.

• Flat Rate: AU$20, including tracking
• Delivery Timeframe: Please allow 10–15 business days (shipping times may vary by location).

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Cove Luxe jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied, items may be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided they are:

• Unworn and in their original condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or gift receipt)
• Returned in the original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings.

Exchanges can be made for another in-stock item or a store credit of equal value (less any shipping costs).

How to return an item:

1. Email us at hello@coveluxestudio.com within 14 days of purchase.
   
2. Securely repackage your item(s) in the original packaging.
   
3. Provide a tracking number when returning your parcel. Please note, Cove Luxe cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
